  5. Look for rebates  and cost deviations from manufacturers on high usage items
  6. Look at costing of all menu items- make sure all menu items are priced at proper levels- within budget guidelines
  7. Work with staff and management to better overall performance in all area s of the restaurant
  8. Implement monthly inventory if not currently being conducted- establish inventory program and train current management staff on execution of inventory
  9. Implement better communication practices- manager meetings, log books etc.
  10. Secret shop the restaurant and bar to determine the current level of service and look for any areas of concern- make recommendations to correct problem areas.
